the Wordfence Security plugin; files containing bank account details are password-
protected, with passwords changed periodically.
● Access Control: Access to student data is restricted to authorized Program staff and
the Finance Department on a strict “need-to-know” basis.
● Clean Desk Policy: Physical student documents must not be left in unlocked rooms.
Data Retention and Right to Erasure
● Information relating to Program graduates shall be retained for the period required by
law or for the operational needs of the organization.
● Students who have completed their studies may request the deletion of their personal
data held by the Program, subject to the organization’s legal obligation to retain
academic records.
