True success often hinges on a set of intangible yet invaluable qualities – soft skills. Recently, Anières students were treated to a trifecta of workshops aimed at honing these essential attributes, each session designed to equip them with the tools needed to navigate the complexities of the professional world with confidence and finesse.
First in line was a lecture by Saviyon Sarid-Feldman, a high tech and biotech recruiter who told our students about potential work opportunities, illuminating the diverse pathways that await Anières students and graduates beyond academia. From students’ jobs to full-time roles, students gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of the job market, learning to navigate the nuances of recruitment processes and position themselves as standout candidates.
Following was the LinkedIn workshop, a practical deep dive into the intricacies of one of the most powerful networking platforms in the digital age. Beyond mere profile optimization, students delved into the art of crafting compelling narratives, leveraging connections, and showcasing their unique strengths and experiences.
Last but certainly not least was the academic presentation workshop, given by Mor Ventura and Michael Toker, where students honed their ability to communicate ideas effectively and persuasively.
We live by the words of Benjamin Franklin – “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement and success have no meaning”- as we strive to give the chance for true success.
